Vibha is a Financial Architect and a visionary entrepreneur based in Dubai, with a track record of converting radical concepts into profitable businesses.

  • Financial modelling, corporate and project structuring experience across multiple sectors, including media, entertainment, automation, construction, energy storage and sustainable eco-tourism
  • Founded and developed a patented fully automated robotic car parking technology, with projects under execution in the Middle East

Vibha thrives in multicultural environments and has a footprint covering the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India and Indonesia. As a result, she has cultivated an extensive, high-trust international investment network. Her passion is to bring accountable sustainable business practices to making a large-scale positive difference via meaningful causes.

She has particularly recognized strengths in business modelling, financial structuring and creating business development and exit strategies, and she is leveraging these essential skills to ensure that the PoEM Foundation makes a tangible, lasting difference in the world.

Mynoo Maryel

Mynoo Maryel is a former high-flying corporate executive and serial entrepreneur in Europe, Asia and Australia, where she built eight businesses, produced fifteen feature films for Bollywood and Hollywood and co-founded and ran the renowned Inspired Leaders Network for ten years.
She became a specialist advisor to key leaders throughout the UK, as well as to the boards of several Fortune 100 companies. She represented the UK in major EU policy development for information and communications technologies, as well as pioneering a number of economic regeneration initiatives in London.

Mynoo’s life path was transformed completely beginning in 2010, when she experienced a series of spiritual awakenings and connected with the true mission of her soul. She entered periods of silence, during which profound wisdom was revealed to her about the reality of miracles and how they can become part of our daily lives. She also became aware of her calling to lead a vital global movement for rejuvenation of humanity and the planet.

Following her inner guidance, she undertook a deep process of spiritual awakening that has now become THE JOURNEY INTO MIRACLES. Actively applying this received wisdom to her own life, she transformed herself, almost beyond recognition. As a result, her own inner guidance has become her guru and guiding star, and her awakening journeys for herself and with others around the world have been expanding ever since.

Mynoo is the founder and visionary for THE POEM FOUNDATION, a movement dedicated to bringing about “Dignity for All”. As part of her work within PoEM, she delivers transformational programs and courses which elaborate on and directly apply the concepts she introduced in her bestselling autobiographical book, The BE Book.

It is Mynoo’s great joy to share what she has learned with the world, inspiring others to discover and refine their own inner guidance and trust that it is their best teacher, the “guru” they have long been waiting for. JP Parker

JP is a futurist and change maker, drawing on her extensive experience as a consultant and mentor in high tech and entrepreneurship. She specializes in creating vision and framing strategy for collaborative platforms aimed at delivering wide-scale social benefit.

  • Served as a prominent leader, panelist and keynote speaker, developing standards, applications and curricula during the early infrastructure-building era of the web
  • Executive Producer for the Technology Pavilion at President Bill Clinton’s 2nd Inauguration (viewed by over 80,000 visitors)
  • Global Executive Vice Chair, Association of Internet Professionals (AIP): Managed the merger of the three largest associations of web developers in the US. Launched the Ethical Standards and Practices initiative, so developers would be compensated fairly
  • Worldwide President, International Interactive Communications Society (IICS), the world’s leading organization for interactive media developers: tripled membership, grew a global community and produced awards programs recognizing excellence in the field
  • Produced and hosted the Sustainable Autonomy for Everyone (SAFE) California “Live Build” Workshop 2013 with Earthship Biotecture architect, Michael Reynolds
  • Mentor to pioneering, socially-conscious entrepreneurs globally for over 25 years, drawing on her business experience, her degrees in Psychology, Philosopy and Mathematics and her extensive ongoing heart-centered spiritual development

As co-founder and co-architect of the PoEM Foundation, JP co-created its vision and initiatives.

Adam Krim

Adam is a serial entrepreneur and architect of visionary ventures that are in “right alignment” with an evolving culture and economy that enhances quality of life for all of the planet’s citizens and for the Earth itself.

  • Wharton business school graduate, marrying business and marketing leadership and savviness with social consciousness
  • Co-founder of The Confluence, a digital PR firm that works closely with several national and international transformational festivals, lifestyle brands, Fortune 500 clients and funded startups
  • Board member of C2C Marketing (which he co-founded), a fast growing performance marketing company with offices in Las Vegas, Hong Kong and the Philippines

Adam is a global community builder with a passion for motivating people to pursue their dreams and facilitating connections and experiences that will bring those dreams to fruition. He sees the PoEM Foundation as a perfect vehicle for his talents, connection and spirit.

Dr. Balram Datwani

Dr. Balram Datwani is a seasoned investor, promoter of various businesses, and philanthropist, many of which still operate under his leadership and vision. His interest and exposure span across various business sectors such as automation, garments, real estate, chemicals, trading, entertainment, healthcare, wellness and infrastructure.

He is the Vice Chairman and Trustee at Sadhu Vaswani Centre, UK. In India his philanthropic activities include donating to building school classrooms, conducting collective weddings for disadvantaged women and Free Cataract Surgery camps.

Krishna Kumar

Krishna Kumar, B Tech, MBA (IIT Kgp), A certified PPP professional with experience in transaction advisory and project development having more than 27 years of experience in developing infrastructure projects in multiple sectors in Middle East, Africa and India. Specialised in development and implementation of PPP, PFI across projects Development life cycle.

Prior to joining IL&FS worked in PwC on government policy and regulatory advisory across several infrastructure and PPP projects in Power, Ports, SEZ Waste Management, Waste to Energy and Road development. Developed Tariff policy for ports, oll policy for roads and power sector tariffs. Organizations served: IL&FS, PwC, Polaris, Siemens and Steel Authority of India Ltd
